Sensational discus technics By Nikolay Sedjuk.

In European Winter Challence Cup in Split happend something very special. 19 years old Nikolai Sedjuk (Russia) improved his personal record by 5m 15cm and won under 23 Europen Cup.

Competiton was in very good wind, but its not important. Nikolai achieved his record with new technics (look at videos). On international top level nobody has so far used 3 turn technics so succesfully.

Nikolais coach P. Kaptjuhh (Natalja Sadovas father) told, that they use this tecnics already 2 years, but nobody really believes in it.

Nikolai (1.97, 130.kg) is a very talented thrower, but by coach new tecnics gives Nikolai at least 2-3 meter advantage.

Other coaches in Split expressed opinion, that Sedjuk technics is more similar to hammer throw as to discus.
